Employment is guaranteed to all successful candidates and commences immediately after completion of the training.
Candidates will be offered a 3-year, fixed-term contract to operate on board by the aircrafts, with the first 12 months being probationary - contracts may be extended beyond their initial term subject to performance.
Salary is in the region of €17000-€20000 per annum and is subject to amount of flying

Basic Requirements
Some experience in a customer services environment and/or sales position
• Physically fit and in good health
• Hard working, flexible & willing to operate on a shift roster
• Between 18-35 years of age
• Between 5ƈ (1.57m) and 6ƈ (1.85) in height with weight in proportion
• Of normal vision (contact lenses acceptable)
• Able to swim well
• In possession of a valid EU passport
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Prepared to live within one hour's traveling time of any European base
• Ready to meet the challenge of dealing with people and demanding situations
• Friendly and outgoing with a lively personality
• Available to partake in the cabin crew program
Training Courses
The role of a Cabin Crew Member is varied, hard work and fun! However, before you can operate as a Crew Member you must complete and pass an intensive training course.
Training courses are conducted by Flight approved instructors. Courses are full-time, Monday-Friday, for a period of about 5 weeks. (Some evening and weekend training may be required)
Training is intensive and requires considerable amounts of studying. As part of the assessment process candidates will be required to sit examinations.
Each registered applicant will receive a Pre Course Home Study Pack at least 3 weeks prior to starting the training course. On the first day of the course you will sit a test based on the information in this pack. You must pass this test before being allowed to continue to the next phase of training.
Course Contents :
You will be trained on safety and customer services techniques, both theoretically and practically.
Some of the areas covered on the syllabus include:
• Customer Services and On board Sales Training
• Fire and Smoke Techniques
• Survival and Water Survival Skills
• First Aid and Aviation Medicine
• Dangerous Goods and Security
• Theory of Flight and Communications
• Crew Resource Management
• Operation of Doors and Exits
• Crowd Control and Pilot Incapacitation
• Safety Equipment and Turbulences
• Evacuation and Emergency Procedures
Fees & Funding
There is a fee charged for the training, which is currently set at € 2150
(No Hidden Extras)
NO FEE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UNTIL THE CANDIDATE HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE TRAINING.
A "Booking and Registration" fee of €200 must be paid before the start of the course in order for candidates to secure a place on the course; this fee is non-refundable.
The course fees include:
• Theoretical and practical tuition - including all course books and materials
• Transfers and transport to all training locations for the duration of the course, in Ireland and EU
• Processing and issuing of all administrative documentation including:
-Official Medical Examination
-Airport Security Pass/ID
-Social Security and Tax set-up
-Bank assistance and set-up
• "Relocation" package, including:
-Transfer to Base
-Base Accommodation Info and assistance
-Base Information
